PROCRASTINATION …and how to make it work for you!

For most of my life, I have been a procrastinator. It started to be a problem when I was in school. I got some assignment that could easily be accomplished over the period given. But “tomorrow” always seamed to be a good time to start.
Then when I started, my “monkey brain” kicked in and demanded something entertaining, now!
If the task at hand had a deadline I would have a built in panic timer that would put me into a state of panic just in the nick of time to finish the task in one go. Then I mean it somehow knew exactly the right minute to start in order to meet the deadline.
On the other hand, if there was no deadline. Like starting a new career, spending more time with family or doing anything that obviously would require some work and would benefit my life in the long run. Then the panic wouldn’t show up. I’d just
